Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, and dried spices.

* Step 2

Grill burger until beef reaches 155º

* Step 3

Small dice tomato, onion, and parsley. Toss with tahini.

* Step 4

Assemble pita with hummus, chopped burger, tomato/onion salata, and tzatziki.

* Step 5

Variations; Feta cheese, Basil, Curry sauce.
