Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Remove roots from brussel sprouts, and shed outside layer.
* Step 2
Toss with remaining ingredients.
* Step 3
Roast at 350º for approximately 30 minutes or until brussel sprouts are caramelized and tender.
* Step 4
Variations: Render diced bacon and replace oil with bacon fat. Set crispy bacon aside. Toss finish brussels with bacon.
