Korean - Beef Kabobs
This version of Korean beef kabobs (beef sticks) is for a serving plate of appetizers for group gatherings or parties. Adjust the amount of gochujang (Korean sauce / paste) to your liking or taste.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the marinade:
In a small bowl whisk together all the marinade ingredients until well blended and set aside.
* Step 2
Place beef in freezer for 30 minutes for easier thin slicing. Slice the beef 1/4” thin.
* Step 3
Place in a zip-lock bag. Add the marinade to the bag and squeeze out the air before sealing. Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
* Step 4
For best results, prepare the dipping sauce at this time and refrigerate.
* Step 5
After marinating, place the beef in a bowl and drain off the liquid. Over a plate (drips), thread onto skewers like a ribbon.
* Step 6
Heat a well-oiled grill and sear for 2 minutes (max) each side. *Keep stick ends away from heat for easier turning.
* Step 7
Plate the appetizers and top with “toasted” sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro. Add to the plate the small bowl of dipping sauce and enjoy.
