Butternut Squash & Sausage Fry

Ingredient

bacon, chopped

3 Tbsp

raisins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop and fry bacon, set aside & retain 1 Tbsp grease

* Step 2

Slice sausages into 1/2” rounds & fry in bacon grease until browned

* Step 3

Add chopped onions and raisins and fry until onions are translucent

* Step 4

Add 1/2 cup water and deglaze the pan. Then, add butternut squash and apples and cook until squash is slightly tender

* Step 5

Serve!
