Sweet potatoe souffle

other than my Aunt Cathy's Yam bake this is the best, my kids love this recipe.

Ingredient

1 hour 10 mins
1 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

milk

1/2 tsp

salt

1 tsp

vanilla

1/2 cup

flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

baked sweet potatoes @ 350º F until soft, (about 45 min depending on size) let cool

* Step 2

peel skin off potatoes add to mixing bowl

* Step 3

add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 1 stick of butter. Mix well, put in a buttered dish.

* Step 4

bake @ 350ºF for 30 min

* Step 5

Meanwhile for topping in a bowl add brown sugar, flour, cut up butter, pecans. Mix together so it looks like crumbs. I find that if I mix it with my hand it gets the right type of crumbs.

* Step 6

spread on top back 5 more minutes
