Ray's' Strawberry Wonton Crisp
used up left over wonton wrappers. very fast elegant dessert.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Start by slicing your strawberrys as you like.
* Step 2
Add whipping cream, sugar & pudding to a bowl whip on high speed till thickened
* Step 3
Wontons: I sprinkle cinnamon/sugar/poppyseed/ and a pinch of anaise seed in a small bowl mix well.(Theres no precise measurements since it's your choice how much you like). With your fingers slightly wet wonton wrapper all around dip into sugar mixture do the same to other side. Fry on low heat till golden crisp. DRAIN on paper towel. Now assemble. Enjoy!
