Black bean brownies

These brownies are so yummy and healthy and Kid approved.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 8×8 inch square baking dish

* Step 2

Combine everything but chocolate chips, walnuts and peanut butter in a food processor and blend till smooth and full combined then stir in chocolate chips and walnuts if adding in

* Step 3

Spread mixture in prepared baking dish and swirl in peanut butter with a butter knife if adding and sprinkle on extra chocolate chips and bake for 20 minutes.

* Step 4

Let cool for at least 20 minutes before eatting. I'll spread the chocolate chips out over the brownies then store rest covered in the refrigerator.

* Step 5

Very good served with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup
