Super moist and juicy chicken breast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

pound chicken to even thickness - not thin - just even

* Step 2

lightly salt and pepper each breast

* Step 3

mix half teaspoon salt into flour along with a little pepper. Add spices and or herbs and mix.

* Step 4

quickly dredge the chicken to dust with flour

* Step 5

heat a saute pan over med high heat. when quite hot add oil and butter. let melt and swirl to coat.

* Step 6

turn heat to medium and add chicken. cook for 1 min to golden (not to sear or brown). flip chicken.

* Step 7

turn heat to low. put a lid on the pan. set timer for 10 mins and walk away. do not touch the chicken or lift the lid.

* Step 8

after 10 mins turn off the heat. don't move the pan. set timer for 10mins and walk away again. don't touch the chicken or lid.

* Step 9

after 10 mins its done. check to make sure there is no pink or internal temp is 165. slice and eat. juiciest chicken ever. guaranteed.
