Roasted broccoli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oven to 425

* Step 2

Use dry broccoli. Do not wash first unless dirty. If washed dry thoroughly.

* Step 3

Place broccoli on baking sheet lined with foil. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Add 4 garlic cloves that are peeled and sliced.

* Step 4

Cook 20-25 mins.

* Step 5

Remove from oven. Zest a lemon over the broccoli and squeeze the lemon juice over the broccoli. Add 1.5 TBS more olive oil and the cheese.
