Spicy sugar free jerky
Ingredient

4 to7 hours
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut beef into thin strips thinner the better and cut as much fat off as you can (optional tenderize the slices)
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients except for beef in a big bowl add a little water to mixture just about 1/4 cup or so (i recommend to taste everyone has different taste now is the time to add anything I don't follow recipe to the letter)
* Step 3
Add beef strips to the mixture a couple at a time mix the season on each piece good then cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours
(Can do longer if you want longer the more it absorbs)
* Step 4
Then add to dehydrator for add fresh gound black pepper to each piece cook for about 4 to 7 hours just check it in about 3 or 4 hours (it all depends on how thick you cut it) I use the highest temperature on the dehydrator 158deg (check you dehydrators instructions for beef jerky)
* Step 5
When done let cool then enjoy or store for later
