Beef Bowls

One of my favorite recipes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice the beef very thin. I like skirt steak, but any will do. I put the beef in the freezer for a bit so I can slice it thin. Cut it cross grain.

* Step 2

Bring the beef broth, soy sauce, mirin and sugar to a boil.

* Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add the onions. Cook the onions until they are tender.

* Step 4

Add the beef and cook until just barely done.

* Step 5

Serve over rice and garnish with green onions.
