Sweet potato soft flat bread(sugar free, no yeast)
# Anniversary Flat breads, chapati wraps, tortillas or whatever you name them, sweet potatoes definitely makes your regular flat bread more healthy with loads of fibre and delicious too!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine the flours, salt and oil
* Step 2
Add the sweet potato mash while warm and knead a soft dough using very less water. (use a fork to mix initially if you aren’t able to handle the warm potatoes)
* Step 3
Dust the working board with some flour and roll out thin circular tortillas/ chapatis in batches
* Step 4
Toast them on a skillet on medium-low heat till done/cooked on both sides
* Step 5
Serve warm with a curry or use them as wraps with your favourite stuffing. They taste just as great on their own too. Bon appetit!

Tip:You can even refrigerate them for upto 2 days airtight and microwave them before use.
* Step 7
