Maple Chocolate Chip Protein Pumpkin Bars

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.

* Step 2

In a blender or food processor, combine the beans, syrup, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin and blend until very smooth.

* Step 3

Add the flour and pulse to combine.

* Step 4

Add the oats and pulse to combine.

* Step 5

Transfer to a large bowl.

* Step 6

Add the cereal and chocolate chips and stir well.

This mixture should be spreadable. If it's too dry, add 1/4 cup of water. If it's too runny, add another 1/4 cup flour.

* Step 8

Grease a 9 X 13 inch pan.

Spread the mixture in the pan.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.

Let cool before cutting into squares.

* Step 12

You can remove these from the pan, wrap them in plastic cling wrap, and keep them in the refrigerator.
