Low Calorie Cherry Cheesecake

I like dessert and I’m on a diet. 🤷🏼‍♀️ These come in at around 200 calories depending on the ingredients and they are soooooooo good. If I didn’t know better, I’d assume I was eating something much more decadent than it really is.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, mix together pudding powder and cool whip until smooth

* Step 2

In a separate bowl, or ziplock bag, crunch up the graham crackers then distribute them among five bowls or Tupperware. (You can reserve a little for the top)

* Step 3

Top graham cracker crumbles with cheesecake mixture

* Step 4

Distribute cherry pie filling over top the cheesecake mixture.

* Step 5

This can be served immediately but I find it’s much better after sitting in the fridge overnight. 💕
