whipping cream

packed brown sugar
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a 1 quart saucepan, heat brown sugar and whipping cream to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
* Step 2
Remove from heat.
* Step 3
Beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
* Step 4
*This icing covered about 12 cupcakes.*
