Wonton Mango Passion fruit Napoleon
Heathy twist on a Napoleon, low fat, low sugar
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
* Step 3
Spray both sides of wonton with cooking spray and lay flat on baking sheet and bake until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool
* Step 4
Mix cool whip and yogurt, begin stacking by putting down first wonton, then Greek yogurt cool whip, mango and passion fruit. Continue these steps for each layer and top off with a dollop or yogurt p, cool whip and dusting of powdered sugar.
