Cauliflower Smash Up

Cauliflower Smash Up

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pot on high heat, bring salted water to a boil.

* Step 2

Quarter potatoes and peel if desired. Add potatoes to the boiling water.

* Step 3

Chop or break the cauliiflower into florets and add to the pot on top of the potatoes. After 8 -10 minutes (or when cauliflower is knife tender), remove the cauliflower and set aside in a bowl.

* Step 4

After another 5-7 minutes (when potatoes are knife tender), turn the heat to low and drain off the excess water.

* Step 5

Add the cauliflower, milk, butter, garlic, pepper, and Brady Street Sprinkle (or substitute) to the pot with the potatoes.

* Step 6

Mash to your preferred consistancy. (I prefer mine slightly chunky), then stir in the cheese.

* Step 7

Serve while hot and enjoy the fact that you tricked them into eating more veggies!
