Easy Lunch Loco Moco Rice Bowl with Stir-fried Hamburger Meat
My husband called to say that he didn't need dinner, but I had planned to make hamburgers. Since it was just me and the kids, I decided to make something simple. My 4 year old doesn't usually eat a lot of hamburgers, but she had seconds of this rice bowl! I guess it's easier to eat than hamburgers.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a little oil in the frying pan and cook the minced onion thoroughly.
* Step 2
Add the ground meat. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
* Step 3
Once the meat has been mostly cooked, add the ◎ ingredients all at once. Stir to combine and then crack the eggs on top.
* Step 4
Cover with aluminum foil. After 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat and let the eggs cook in residual heat.
* Step 5
Once the eggs have been cooked to your liking, it's done.
* Step 6
Put the rice in a bowl and top with lettuce. Top with the meat and an egg to make an easy loco moco rice bowl.
* Step 7
If there are leftovers, I usually add some corn, a beaten egg, and rice to make a meat pilaf type dish.
