Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a Kadai. Add oil to it. When oil gets heated add mustard seeds, after cracking the mustard seeds add asafoetida, turmeric powder and red chilli powder to it.
* Step 2
After that add chopped snake gourd to it and mix well.
* Step 3
After mixing it put lid on Kadai and let them cook. Stir the vegetables occasionally. When it cooks properly add salt and mix.
* Step 4
Then add besan to it and mix it well. Again put lid on it for 1 to 2 minutes. When besan gets cooked your sabji is ready to serve.
