Sesame Laddoos
#HFS Makar Sankranti, also referred to as Uttarayana, Makar, or simply Sankranti, is a Hindu observance and a festival. Usually falling on the date of January 14 annually.
Traditional sweets like Sesame Seeds and Jaggery Ladoo to savoury treats like Til-Gur Poli, these dishes are designed to elevate your festive celebrations. Makar Sankranti, the festival that marks the sun's transition into the zodiac sign of Capricorn, is celebrated with much joy and fervour across India.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat up a pan on medium heat. Roast sesame seeds in a pan for 7 to 8 minutes until it gets nice golden colour.
* Step 2
Now add ghee in another pan and add chopped jaggery. Cook on the medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes until it is melted properly.
* Step 3
Turn of the gas and add cardamom powder and mix. Then add roasted sesame seeds and peanut powder.
* Step 4
Mix all ingredients quickly. Apply ghee on both hands and roll the laddoos. You have to it when mixture is hot.
