Nacho salad with Ranch Dressing

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl and add all the chopped vegetables in it. Mix it properly.
* Step 2
Now add salt, black pepper, Ranch Dressing and water and mix it all together. Now add cheese pieces and green chillies to it and mix.
* Step 3
Now add crushed nachos in it and mix well. Arrange nachos in a plate or bowl and serve the nacho salad.
