More soup: parsnip and tomato soup (vegan)
I have soup everyday it is my way of eating enough veg and I find it comforting but is must be served piping hot.
I bought a ready packet of veg their where discounted. I add a few bits and made this soup.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the onion,garlic and ginger.
* Step 2
Sweat in oil till tender but not brown
* Step 3
Cut the parsnip into medium pieces and add
* Step 4
Add the tomato concentrate
* Step 5
Cut the tomatoes into 8. Add.
* Step 7
Cook for 15 min and add stalks
* Step 8
Cook until tender and mix.
* Step 9
Serve with some drops of cream and parsley
