Avocados and Mangoes along with the Coconut Milk makes up this beautiful looking Smoothie that compliments this awesome Weather so well.
As the Summer Season wraps up and the rains set in, it's high time that the King of Fruits be utilised in this final dish of the Year thus bidding adieu to this super amazing Fruit.
I had made this Smoothie using the Himayat variety that's very sweet with a distinct aroma very much peculiar to it. That is why I chose them and also because they were readily available.
Alphonso and even Kesar weren't available easily. But nevertheless this turned out to be super delicious and creamy.
A healthy Breakfast, Brunch or even a lovely Snack on any given day, this is a sure shot winner. A must have afterschool treat for my children. They just love it so much.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all the ingredients ready. Mangoes chopped to cubes and creamy flesh of avocados scooped out to make a perfect glass of creamy smoothie.
* Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a blender jar and blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Creamy and delightfully delicious glass of mango and avocado smoothie is all ready to be relished. Serve it chilled. Enjoy!
