An evening Snack or a perfect Brunch, these parcels are a yummy treat. These are not only easy to make but also tastes delicious and can be stuffed with Cheese or even Chicken or Mutton mince. The options are many. These Pockets are perfect for a quick Brunch or a Breakfast just before the sacrifice on the day of Eid Ul Adha. These were done pretty quickly and did not take much time either. I served them with good old Ketchup.
You can serve it with any Dip of your choice. The morning is a bit busy routine on the day of Eid and everything needs to be in place for the sacrifice because after that there would be a horde of other things to be completed and a great amount of work to be done which includes the main part which is the distribution of the meat amongst the poor and the needy.
Therefore a quick simple Breakfast is what one can whip up. That's it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Trim the bread slices at first. Add mozzarella cheese as the main filling with Red chilli flakes and dry crushed mint or parsley.
* Step 2
Take a slice of bread, top it up with the filling just a little below the centre. I have cut the cheese into small sticks. Sprinkle mint, salt and red chilli flakes. Now wrap the above half of the slice like a cover.
* Step 3
Use water or all-purpose flour paste to seal the edges. Set aside until use. Make all in the similar way.
* Step 4
Season the beaten eggs with some salt and pepper as per taste.
* Step 5
Panko Breadcrumbs are used for the final coating of the parcels or pockets. However it is optional.
* Step 6
Deep fry in hot oil on a medium high heat taking care not to break them. They get done very easily. So do not over fry them.
* Step 7
Serve alongside Ketchup or any other favourite dip. Enjoy!
