Papdi Chaat or Dahi Papdi Chaat is a famous Chaat that is lip-smacking and delightful to the core. It is an addition to a vast range of beautiful looking Chaats that are made and relished nation wide.
A refreshing and a tangy Chaat with a medley of flavours. This is a super hit streetfood.
It is always a good idea to make it a home. Clean and hygienic. Homemade is always better. The Papdis are store bought with the rest of the ingredients solely homemade.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the papdis on a serving plate. Top with the beaten homemade curd, chopped onions, potatoes, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves
* Step 2
Then drizzle the green and red chutneys followed by some sev, peanuts, cumin powder, pepper powder and chat masala. Lastly add a bit more of the chutneys if desired and serve as an evening snack.
* Step 3
Serve immediately with a hot cup of Chai. Don't delay as the papdi might be too soggy. Add your favourite toppings too if desired. Enjoy!
