Easy peasy Tempura Prawns with store bought Tempura flour. Marination with simple spices and then coating with some more of the flour before frying makes it extra crisper and juicier. A simple yet a flavourful dish made with a bang.
These Prawn Tempura are so inviting, flavourful, crisper and scrumptious to the last bite. Tempura flour is lighter compared to other breading flours. It's nothing but as simple as Egg, Ice cold water and All-purpose flour. Frying few at a time in hot oil makes it just perfect. Just 4-5 at a time and frying just until golden brown and then serving immediately without letting them become soggy. This is the golden rule. Serve as they get fried. Do not let these get soggy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
This is the store bought Tempura flour that I have used for the above-mentioned recipe. It's absolutely handy.
* Step 2
After the marination, refrigerate it for best results.
* Step 3
Heat oil on a medium high heat. Deep fry few at a time until golden brown and crisp. Don't forget to dust in more of tempura flour for a crisper texture.
* Step 4
Drain and these are ready. Serve alongside a Dip of your choice. Enjoy!
