Air Fryer Honey Garlic Tofu

Tofu that is medium firm and done in Air Fryer with coloured Bell Peppers and a few simple spices is what is this all about.
It's done almost effortlessly and roasted to perfection. It makes for a perfect choice for a healthy Brunch or even as a snack.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut tofu into medium sized cubes. Marinate for a good 10 minutes.
* Step 2
The spices can be adjusted accordingly. There is no hard and fast rule here. One can use their choice of spices too. I have also used them in less quantities.
* Step 3
Roast until done. Set the temperature on 180° for 15 minutes. It gets done quickly. In between shake the basket once or twice. I had done it just once.
* Step 4
Serve these yummy sticks piping hot alongside a Dip of choice. Enjoy!
