The name is enough to describe it. Red Bananas are used in this by me for a perfect piquant dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and add bananas to the blender jar at first. Follow it up with the rest of the ingredients. Soak chia seeds in half a cup of water. Set them aside until they bloom and become gel like in texture.
* Step 2
Blitz on a high until everything gets incorporated well. That's it. It's so creamy and luscious.
* Step 3
Top it up with a tablespoon of well soaked chia seeds in each serving glass.
* Step 4
Serve it chilled right away to your loved ones, friends, relatives and guests. It's a perfect choice for Iftaar meals as well not only in Ramadan but also during other important days of fasting. Enjoy!
