Unripe Avocado Fries

This are basically homemade baked unripe or raw Avocado Fries. It's a great one especially when those stubborn Avocados lie in our pantry that don't just ripe. Not to worry in such cases. We can still utilise them and whip up some delectable stuff. Although these might not be creamy and luscious like the ripe one's but still a lot better than the long unpredictable wait.
With just a little Salt and Pepper and a good drizzle of Olive Oil, these get done pretty much quickly in about 20-25 minutes in all or maybe even less. Every oven is different with different temperature settings, so needn't worry and just keep an eye while they get done.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pat dry the avocados. Peel the skin just like you do for the Potatoes as it's an unripe one.
* Step 2
Cut into 1/2 cm thick wedges. Drizzle olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange in a butter paper lined baking tray.
* Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven on 18-20 minutes or as required. Halfway through just flip them over so that these fries get done really well.
* Step 4
Serve them to your loved ones alongside a yummy dip or sauce. Enjoy!
