Black Seeds Oil or Kalonji ka Tel that we usually buy from the stores can be made right at home very easily.
So here Black Seed Oil is the ingredient that we are making from scratch.
This Oil is a multipurpose one. It can be used both internally and externally. That's the most awesome part of it.
You will love it every bit. This Oil is a great option for everyday use. These tiny Black seeds have tremendous health benefits known to almost everyone. They are packed with Protiens, Fiber, Iron, Calcium, Potassium etc. Rich in Vitamins A and B, these boost the immune system. Black Seed Oil is also equally awesome. Helps in reducing inflammations, boosts memory, improves Heart health, helps control Diabetes and Asthma. The benefits are innumerable. Make it a habit of having it on an empty stomach the first thing in the morning. Use just a teaspoon of it. And since I have made it using organic Coconut oil, it's absolutely safe and healthy.
Use it externally for a pain free life if you are having a Knee pain. It can be applied on any part where pain is felt. It gives warmth to the body.
