As the name suggests, it's an all time favourite with my family. Be it Summers or fast breaking time or just a lazy weekend evening, it always tops the chart. It is not only a thirst quencher but also a treasure full of Protiens. Nothing more can be said about this. It's such a wonderful drink famous throughout the Country. And nowadays there are lots of variations being given to this amazing healthy drink making it even more healthier.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blend all the ingredients for a good 5 minutes. Use the pulse button for this until you get a creamy foam on the top.
* Step 2
If desired, whisk also can be used but that takes a lot of time. Blending is the easiest option.
* Step 3
Sugar can be increased or decreased. Dry fruits of your choice can be used. This makes the drink even more healthy. Curd should be homemade for the best results. Refrigerate it until ready to serve. It tastes awesome when served chilled.
* Step 4
Serve it chilled at Iftaar meals for a refreshing fruity experience. Enjoy!
