Not only is it a yummy variation, it's absolutely flavourful and aromatic too. With Coriander Greens Pesto, this Pasta Chifferi would be a blast especially for all those Pasta lovers out there. It's quite simple and easy as well. It's a great option for everyday meals, be it a proper Dinner or even a healthy Brunch on a weekend with the entire family. It's a perfect classic dish. I have thought of using Pesto with it and so just went about giving it an interesting innovative twist with the Coriander Greens Pesto which are the healthy Greens that can make this Pasta flavourful and also look so much more luscious and awesome.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water with little salt and oil. As soon as it's vigorously boiling, add chifferi pasta and cook until done. That's it. Drain and keep aside until use.

Now moving to the preparation of the creamy sauce, we need to gather all the ingredients. Heat some olive oil in a pot. Add the minced garlic and both the chopped onions. Saute until translucent. Now add in the pesto. Cook on a medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Also add milk and mix well. Season with salt and pepper as needed. Also stir in a little of the cheese for a creamy cheesy sauce.

Finally add the pasta to the pot. Mix well. Cover and let it just heat up for about 4-5 minutes. Also add required amount of cheese too. Cook just until it melts. That's all. It's absolutely done. Garnish with basil or chopped parsley or coriander. Serve it piping hot right away.
