White Rajma and Green Peas Sabzi

White Rajma and Green Peas Sabzi

Simple yet an excellent twist for that lovely dish to be relished at mealtimes on any day with plain boiled Rice. You will just love this combo. It not only is creamy and great but the colour too looks tempting.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat some oil and add the ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it for a few seconds and then add in the cumin seeds as well. Saute all of that for a minute and then finally add in the green peas along with the powdered spices.

After frying for a minute or two, add the boiled white rajma too. Saute all of that on a low to medium high heat only. Keep stirring at regular intervals.

* Step 3

Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Do not add water. Cover and cook on a low heat. That's it. It will be done easily. It is done in about 20 to 25 minutes in all and doesn't take much time. Keep stirring as and when required. Addition of spices can be one's own choice.

Relish this awesome dish well garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a delicious side dish to many an important meals. Yum!
