Oven Roasted White Baby Lima Beans

Desirable and unique in every way. One will certainly love it's awesome aroma and taste. With the dry Basil, Lemon juice, Olive oil and Paprika powder, it's absolutely flavourful and aromatic. It can be used as a lovely snack at Tea-time and can be a healthy afterschool treat as well. The roasting idea actually works with these beans because as it is they are bland and therefore roasting them with a few amazing ingredients will make them super delicious and delightful. They have a sweet, nutty, smooth and creamy texture. Though these are good on their own as an anytime munchie, these also can be added to any Trailmix or a homemade Chivda or Mixture or Bombay Mix.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dry beans overnight for best results. It's always better to do so.

In a baking tray, spread these beans. Add in oil and red chilli powder along with some salt, either Pink or Arabian Sea Salt. Mix and spread evenly. Top it up with some curry leaves too.

* Step 3

Roast them on 200° in a preheated oven for about 40 to 45 minutes. Or as required because every oven has different temperature settings. That's it.

* Step 4

Squeeze some lemon juice on hot and freshly roasted beans or enjoy as it is. It is absolutely one's own choice. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
