Roohafza Chai/Rose Tea

Right from Coolants to Juices, from Teas and Ice-creams to Lassi and Milkshakes, it is used in all. An omnipotent syrup that is loved for it's amazing looks and it's perfect taste and flavour. It adds that extra punch to anything made of it.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat at first keeping an eye on it. Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for the next 10-12 minutes.

Also add partially crushed green cardamoms too. And add a few strands of saffron as well. Let it simmer.

* Step 3

After the stipulated time of nearly 10 minutes or so, stir in the roohafza syrup. Mix well. That's it. No need of any additional sweetener as it is already sweet. Take it off the heat.
