All in all a healthy way to whip up some gorgeous looking Cookies with the use of this amazing flour in combination with the Cassava flour. This gives you a hold on the complete nutrition required for the whole family. Today I had made these yummy super tempting and very crisp Raw Banana Flour Cookies.

15-18 minutes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat your oven on 180° at first before starting with the making of the cookie dough. Mix the dry ingredients and set aside.

Now whisk eggs and butter with vanilla essence. Also don't forget to add the sugar as desired. Brown sugar would be very much recommended by me as it will give a perfect texture to the cookies.

Mix both the wet and the dry ingredients now. Don't forget to add in the coconut milk powder too. Fold in carefully. Now add the chopped dark chocolate as well. And give it a final mix. Refrigerate for about 5-6 minutes or until the oven gets preheated.

Bake for 15-18 minutes. That's all. Let them come to the room temperature. These amazing cookies become crisp as they cool down.
