This Fruit is considered no less than a bliss because it is highly recommended in Summers as it prevents sunstroke and other issues related to the Season.
It's called Bael and is absolutely loved by many. Simple yet an excellent Fruit for those scorching Summer days.
In this particular version of serving it in style, I have used fresh Cream in it along with Palm Jaggery.
It's basically creamy and luscious with all those different flavours of the spices used bursting in your mouth. You will just love it.
It's a bliss. Nothing less than that.
Cool and refreshing for the body. It keeps us hydrated.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break open the shell at first. Scoop out the creamy pulp. Keep aside.
* Step 2
In the meantime add everything to a wide mouthed bowl including the pulp. Give it all a good mix. Adjust spices according to one's own taste and liking.
* Step 3
Serve it immediately or serve it cold as per one's own liking. Enjoy!
