Paccheri Pasta with Palak and Cheese

This is not only a visual stunner but also gets done quickly and is an absolute winner all the way in terms of flavour and texture. Spinach with lots of Amul Mozzarella Cheese makes it a super tempting one. With simple ingredients, it is one of the most loved Pasta in my family.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

30-35 minutes
2-3 tbsp

Olive Oil

1/2 cup

Tomato paste

1/2 cup

fresh Cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring water to a rolling boil on a high heat at first with some salt and oil. Boil the pasta al dente. Drain and set aside.

Now moving to the preparation of the cheesy sauce, we need to gather all the ingredients. Heat some olive oil in a pot. Add the minced garlic and both the chopped onions. Saute until translucent. Now add in the chopped spinach. Cook on a medium high heat until it's done. Season with salt and pepper. Also stir in some fresh cream and a little of the cheese for a creamy cheesy spinach sauce.

Also don't forget to bake it. Baking it in the oven gives it a perfect texture and flavour too. Now spread some tomato paste on the baking pan. Now fill up each of the Paccheri pasta with the cheesy spinach mix. Arrange all side by side.

Now top up with the remaining of the cheese. Cover with an aluminium foil and bake in a preheated oven on 180° for about 25 minutes or so. That's all.

Allow it to cool down a bit and then it's ready to serve. Enjoy!
