Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring milk to a rolling boil on a high heat. Also add sugar and cardamom powder to it. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 5 more minutes.
* Step 2
But before that do add the soaked aliv seeds to it. Mix well and simmer for about 4-5 minutes. That's it. It's all done.
* Step 3
Garnish with chopped almonds or any other nuts of choice. Serve this beautiful looking healthy kheer to your loved ones on any given day. Enjoy! Yum!
