Peanut Butter is just an addition to make it more creamier and luscious. It's optional. You may skip it totally. There is no harm in it. Halim seeds and Milk both are enough for a healthy beverage. A superfood that's so easy to whip up. Nothing can ever get closer to it. These tiny seeds are a powerhouse of nutrients. Addition of them in our daily routine in one way or the other is always recommended and beneficial for our bodies. For the well-being and overall health, it's absolutely a boon.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak halim seeds in about two tablespoons of water. Let them soak for an hour or two. Also take note of an important thing which is that these seeds swell up as they are soaked and increase in quantity. Just like chia seeds or sabja.

* Step 2

Meanwhile bring a boil in already pre boiled milk with some creamy peanut butter. Use an unsalted one. To this add the soaked seeds. Mix it well and boil for a minute or so. That's it.

Add this milk to a serving glass. Relish immediately for a healthy Breakfast or even a lovely Brunch. Enjoy! Yum!
