My friend from Uzbekistan taught me this soft tasty bread. #GlobalApron

Ingredient

200 ml

milk

1 tablespoon

sugar

1/2 teaspoon

salt

50 g

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Warm milk and add dried yeast, melted butter, sugar and salt.

Add flour and knead it with spatula.

Stay it at the warm place until double in size.

Place the dough on oven paper and make it round shape.

Fry minced beef and onion and season it with salt and pepper. Put egg yolk on your finger and form a groove. Stuff the ground beef filling into the grooves.

Place the cream cheese on dough. Apply egg wash.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on it. And cover it with wet cotton cloth. Rest it for 20 minutes.

Bake the bread in 180℃ preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
