Afghanistan Dorma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in pan and fry chopped onion very well. Then add minced beef and fry.
* Step 2
Add rice and put all the seasonings. Remove the pan from flame.
* Step 3
Chop fresh coriander and mix. These are fresh grape leaves from the grape farm.
* Step 4
Remove the thick parts of the stems of the leaves. Place the ingredients in the center of the leaves and wrap them up to form a cylinder.
* Step 6
Place the grape leaves on the bottom of the pan. Then place all the Dorma in pan and cover it with grape leaves.
* Step 7
Add water and other seasonings *
* Step 8
Cover Dolma with a dish and cook it for 30 minutes.
* Step 9
If there is not enough water, add a little more water.
* Step 10
Dolma yoghurt sauce: 1 small piece of garlic minced, salt teaspoon 1/3, 100ml water, yoghurt 1 cup and lemon to taste.
