Broccoli and Beef 🥩

Tasty Broccoli and Beef recipe that the whole family will love. My kiddos are constantly requesting I make this for dinner. I’m sure yours will too!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl add beef and coat beef in cornstarch. Add in garlic powder, onion powder. Mix with hands until each piece is well coated.

In a large skillet add vegetable oil and let heat up. Once oil has heated add in beef and garlic. As beef starts to brown, add in broccoli and onion. Let beef brown on all sides stirring occasionally.

* Step 3

As beef browns and vegetables cook start your teriyaki sauce. In a medium bowl add in sugar, soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, seasoning, and mix together until well combined.

* Step 4

Once beef has browned and vegetables start to tender add in 1 1/4 cups of the sauce. Turn heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sauce should start to thicken. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with a side of rice.
