These are super yummy Fritters that are made with Ridge Gourd. Looks gorgeous, don't they? Well, these are too delish and heavenly. Lovely snack idea for Tea-time. And also a perfect accompaniment for a rainy day evening with your loved ones. These are also a great choice for Brunch as well. These can whipped up at any time for those sudden hunger pangs. If the Veggie is available, then it's pretty much easy to quickly fry a big batch of these lovely looking Fritters and enjoy with your favourite dip and a cold or a hot beverage as per one's choice and liking.

* Step 1
Make a smooth yet a thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Use water accordingly. Wash and peel the ridge gourds and slice them as thinly as possible. Or can slice a little bit slantingly giving it a rhombus shape as well.
* Step 2
Dip each slice of it in the batter and see to it that it's nicely coated with the batter. Deep fry them on a medium-high heat in hot oil until done. Cook well on both the sides turning at regular intervals for even cooking. It is a must to switch sides to cook well on both the sides.
* Step 3
Serve them piping hot with any chutney of your choice with a sprinkle of some chat masala too on top. It really gives a nice aroma and flavour. Enjoy!
