If the Veggie is available, then it's pretty much easy to quickly fry a big batch of these lovely looking Fritters and enjoy with your favourite dip and a cold or a hot beverage as per one's choice and liking. Made with simple ingredients easily available in every pantry, these are a treat. Mildly sweet, juicy and soft, absolutely flavourful and aromatic. You will love it's texture for sure. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a smooth yet a thick batter with all the ingredients mentioned. Use water accordingly. Wash and peel the ridge gourds and slice them as thinly as possible. Or can slice a little bit slantingly giving it a rhombus shape as well.

Dip each slice of it in the batter and see to it that it's nicely coated with the batter. Deep fry them on a medium-high heat in hot oil until done. Cook well on both the sides turning at regular intervals for even cooking. It is a must to switch sides to cook well on both the sides.

Serve them piping hot with any chutney of your choice with a sprinkle of some chat masala too on top. It really gives a nice aroma and flavour. Enjoy!
