Oven Roasted Salted Peanuts

#RD #cookpadindia #innovative An awesome easy peasy instant recipe and is practically loved by almost everyone. It is instantly done too. No fancy ingredients required and you are left with a delicious treat packed with Fiber, Protiens, Antioxidants, Minerals, Mono unsaturated and Poly unsaturated fatty acids. An ideal munchie for all the Peanut lovers. I have roasted them in the oven instead of frying them. Not only is it much easier but also a way lot healthier as well. It makes for an excellent Tea-time Snack or an afterschool treat or even an anytime munchie. The best part is that it can be stored and enjoyed for a long time. Now one thing to keep a check on is it's baking time. If you want them crispier and crunchier, Bake for a little longer. It can be stored for a Week and enjoyed as required. It can be used in different Chaats too. Can be used in Lemon Rice as well. Happy Munching!
