An excellent idea by me for a wholesome and a yummy treat at Tea-time. In this simple yet flavourful recipe for everyone, I have used Baby Potatoes with some simple spices that are commonly used along with Cornflour.
Deep frying gives them a unique texture and flavour.
And with their skin intact, these fried Baby Potatoes are amazingly delicious to the last bite.

25-30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean all the baby potatoes thoroughly so that the dirt and sand comes out well as the skin is not peeled here. It's kept intact.
* Step 2
Marinate with all the ingredients mentioned just until the oil gets heated up for deep frying. The reason being that potatoes release a lot of water. Hence do not keep it marinated for a longer duration.
* Step 3
Deep fry few at a time on a medium high heat in batches until crisp and done. Drain on an absorbent paper and serve hot as a delicious snack at Tea-time or any day at your leisure time. Enjoy! Yum!
