Mushroom and Brussel sprouts Fry

An easy and an instantly made fry or Sabzi with Mushrooms and Brussel sprouts from my kitchen. I usually make this for Lunch box or Breakfast to go with Chapatis or Parathas.
It goes well with Rice too but it's more tempting with Rotis.
An excellent option for any day. The combination is also equally awesome with everyone liking the dish. It also gets done pretty much soon as well.
The spices are also absolutely simple available in every pantry.
Since it's a quick one, it is perfect for Breakfast or even Tiffin box or Lunch box ideas.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a kadai. Add, cumin seeds, asafoetida at first. Now add the ginger garlic green chilli paste and chopped onions along with all the ingredients as mentioned.
* Step 2
Saute all of the masalas or the powdered spices for about 5-6 minutes or until soft and mushy. Then add both vegetables, mushrooms and the brussel sprouts. Mix well and cook on a low heat until done. Do not add much water. Just sprinkle a little water on it or as required. Also, add in chopped coriander leaves. Also, adjust salt. Mix well and cover with a lid.
* Step 3
It doesn't take long to cook. It gets done very quickly too. Also, one important thing to take note of is that the crunch of the veggies should be maintained. That's it. As simple as that. Delicious and absolutely beautiful with a bowl of steaming white rice. Or simple homemade chapatis. Enjoy!
