Yet another simple but yummy dish that can be whipped up in no time at all. A perfect choice for Tiffin box idea on any given day. Kids would absolutely love it. And it can be relished alongside any Bread of your choice. Chapatis or Parathas also go well with this. The only thing is you need to roll it up and enjoy.
It's not too spicy nor with loads of other spices. It's just Salt and Pepper. That's it. And Garlic gives it that right amount of punch.
My family loves this super healthy dish and can never say no to it. I usually make it for Breakfast on a holiday too. It's the most popular one in my family.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean the asparagus well. Trim all the root ends. Set aside until use.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat oil in a large and a wide pan. Saute garlic until light brown and aromatic. Now is the time to add the asparagus. Mix and let it cook until done. Cover with a lid without fail.
* Step 3
Halfway through, add salt and crushed black pepper. Adjust both according to your family's preferences. After about 12 to 15 minutes, it's absolutely ready.
* Step 4
Relish on it's own or alongside some freshly baked barley bread. Yum!
