#SFR #cookpadindia #innovative #iftaar #Ramadan Who doesn't like chilled Sugarcane juice in Summers? I have made homemade pure Sugarcane juice for a guilt free and a delicious treat for my family. Making the Juice does require a little bit of patience, yet the wait is all the more worthwhile. Kids would love to sip on and so would the adults. The sweltering heat and the sultry long days of the Season can make anyone go crazy and opt for something cool and yummy to keep oneself hydrated. If a Centrifugal Juicer is at home, then making it is absolutely easy. It's practically effortlessly done. But using a blender jar is quite a mess. Nevertheless It's absolutely amazing. Homemade and pure. That's the beauty of this humble try by me. I had previously made it in a Juicer and is on my profile here. It was a totally new experience for me and as said, alls well that ends well. That's it folks.

chopped Sugarcane

grated Ginger

2 cups

water

as needed

Ice-cubes

3 tbsp

heaped Organic Jaggery powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the chopped sugarcane pieces to a blender jar with an inbuilt sieve. It helps a lot in extracting the juice. Add water as required to facilitate the entire process.

* Step 2

Strain and stir in some organic jaggery powder. It's added to give it a good taste and flavour since it's made at home in a blender jar and not by crushing in a machine as done on the streets.
