And what better way to subdue our hunger pangs or midnight cravings than gulping down a chilled glass of this satiating drink. It helps keep our body cool and has a soothing effect on our stomach plus tastes yummy too. Serve this beautiful looking Coolant to family and friends. Iftaars are practically incomplete without this and it's a famous Sharbat or Sherbet made in India from time immemorial. This has been passed to every generation and people enjoy it every Year in Summers. Though it can be enjoyed on it's own just with some chilled water, there are a umpteen number of amazing drinks made with it. I had also shared quite a number of them on my profile here. Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

2-3 tbsp

Sugar

1 1/2 litres

chilled water

as needed

Ice-cubes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dissolve sugar in some plain drinking water at first. Now add this to a pitcher full of chilled water.

* Step 2

Also add the roohafza concentrate. Mix well and that's it. As easy as that. Simple yet elegant and a best thirst quencher in this blazing hot Summers.

* Step 3

Keep it refrigerated until ready to serve. Add a few Ice-cubes to it before serving in individual glasses. Enjoy!
